Engraving brings out detail, so a strong photo matters more than anything else.

Send the original, full-resolution file, not a screenshot or a photo from social media.
Sharp focus and even light. Avoid harsh shadows and dark photos.
One clear subject, facing the camera, filling most of the frame.

How long does an order take?

Most custom pieces are finished within [X] business days after you approve the proof, plus shipping time. We'll confirm the timeline with your quote.

Do you ship?

Yes. Crystal is packed in fitted protective packaging. Local pickup may also be available.

Can I see it before it's engraved?

Yes. Every custom order gets a digital proof for your approval first.

What if my photo isn't great?

Send it anyway. We'll tell you honestly whether it will engrave well and suggest options if not.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Because each piece is made to order, deposits are non-refundable once engraving begins. Contact us before you approve your proof if anything changes.
